@THuGZZTA When animals evolve it doesn't necessarily mean the animal it evolved from becomes extinct. The evolution that Darwin first wrote about was in Finches and none of the Finches became extinct, as you know we still have them today. Also , the number of Chromosomes means nothing? in terms of Evolution, why would that matter? Chromosomes carry genes but an ear of corn has more genes that does a human, so I am confused by your argument on that one?

I personally don't believe that we did. Also, if we evolved from apes why are there still apes around? You can argue about that all day long, but if a species evolved over a course of a million years why did some apes stay the same? There is just no logic in that.
